I am building (very big renovation) my first house in Belgium and I am very fortunate to find Ezgi. She is the best catalyst to get my dream house constructed and completed, as she prioritize different actions with different construction companies and engineers, at the same time she is master visionary / designer and helps to understand the full projects with details of all stages. I was unfortunate that she was not the first architect i got in touch with, but I am happy she was involved when i restarted the project. She even communicated with my family to understand our needs and future requirements. She got the permit approved in less than 60 days and offers from 3 construction companies!! I highly recommend her.
We worked with Ezgi on our home renovation project. She has been excellent in delivery time and project management aspects as well as sourcing raw materials at very interesting prices. She has found multiple specialist contractors such as plumbers, electricians, insulators, landscapers, kitchen installers and managed their progress as well as their payment schedules. We would definitely work with her again in any future prospects.
